Dr Sarah Falgowski, M.D. is the owner and sole physician at Delaware Psychiatry and Wellness. After 10 year of being employed in the hospital system, she opened Delaware Psychiatry and Wellness in 2019. The office is located in the convenient Trolley Square neighborhood of Wilmington Delaware. Virtual services are offered for those residing in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Full psychiatric assessment and evaluation to initiate psychiatric treatment or for the purpose of a second opinion.
